GENERAL DE GALERÍAS COMERCIALES SOCIMI, S.A., with the most advanced criteria and technologies at European level, inaugurated in May 1997 the most important commercial complex on the Costa del Sol, La Cañada Commercial Park, in Marbella. In 1998 he was awarded the 1st Prize to the Best Shopping Center of the last years in the 6th Spanish Congress of Shopping Centers and Parks and in 2004 he was awarded the 1st Prize for the Expansion of a Shopping Center by the Spanish Association Of Shopping Centers.
At present the Commercial Park offers to its visitors 270 trades of the best national and international firms and 3900 parking spaces. In the next few years, a third phase is planned for medium-sized specialized areas.
