Las Terrazas Shopping Center was inaugurated on October 21, 2008 with a total of 20,000m2 of commercial area distributed in a total of 120 stores. In a 2nd phase, Las Terrazas Outlet will complete its offer with another 45,000 m2 of commercial area, which will make it one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Spain.

Its strategic situation, next to the sea, on the Gran Canaria motorway halfway between the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Telde and its easy access and comfort make it the commercial reference on the island.
